Que em linhas gerais consiste de um processo com etapas distintas, em que a membrana flexível (1) é anexada e unida ao fundo do frasco (2) por meio de termoindução, sendo que no caso de o frasco (2) e a membrana flexível (1) serem em materiais diferentes é acrescido um anel trava (3) de mesmo material que o frasco (2) igualmente unido por termoindução, originando o aplicador (4) formado com quatro ou cinco peças.
