Abstract

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM VESTIMENTA ORNAMENTAL, mais precisamente trata-se de vestimenta ornamental (1) que simula uma tatuagem real (TR); dita vestimenta ornamental (1) é confeccionada por uma tira de tecido (2) cuja composição prevê preferencialmente políamida e elastano, sendo que dita tira (2) contempla uma costura longitudinal (2a) e apresenta-se no formato troncônico e tubular configurando duas aberturas distintas entre si, ou seja, abertura superior (A1) e abertura inferior (A2) a qual, por sua vez, apresenta diâmetro reduzido (x) em relação ao diametro (x2) da abertura superior (A1); na borda periférica (2b) da abertura superior (A1) é aplicada uma tira de elástico (3) para a fixação integral da vestimenta (1) no usuário (U); dito tecido tem por base de fundo tonalidade (t1) que simula tons da pele e aplicação de variados desenhos gráficos (DG) com cores diversas que simulam uma tatuagem real.
