Caracterizado por ser formado a partir do corpo do botão (1), o qual é unido à base (2), sendo assim fabricado e se constituindo numa só peça, a base por conseguinte possui um ressalto cônico na extremidade (3), que quando amassado irá fixar o flexível (4), tendo este uma borda inferior (5) responsável pela fixação do flexivel no interior da base, esta possui um orifício central de modo a permitir o encaixe de um pino (6) que fixa o botão à roupa.
