Abstract

ADAPTAÇÃO DE QUINTA MARCHA PARA CAMBIO VEICULAR, consiste essencialmente de um câmbio (1) que tem a caixa (2) de marchas estendida, gerando um espaço (3) suficiente para acomodar a engrenagem (4) da quinta marcha do eixo primário (5) tal como a engrenagem (6) do eixo pinhão (7), em que a união da caixa de marcha (8) e a caixa do trambulador (9) é realizada por um flange (10) de acoplamento, sendo que para o engate das engrenagens (4 e 6) da quinta marcha, se faz necessário realizar um quarto orifício (11) para recepcionar o garfo (12) acionador, por sua vez acoplável a haste (13) localizada na caixa do trambulador (9).
