DISPOSIÇÃO APLICADA EM VÁLVULA LIMITADORA DE FLUIDO PARA TANQUES SUBTERRÂNEOS DE COMBUSTÍVEIS, notadamente de uma a válvula (1) de antitransbordamento a ser utilizada diretamente no interior de tubos (2) de descarga de tanques de combustível subterrâneo, haja vista possuir o corpo (3) cilíndrico tal quais as bóias (4 e 4'), de diâmetros idénticos, de movimentação independentes pela variação do nível do fluido aciona as paletas (5 e 5') que pode vedar, vedar parcialmente ou abrir o fluxo de fluido para o interior do tanque a determinada cota nominal, para tanto a interligação entre as paletas (5 e 5') e as bóias (4 e 4') são realizadas por meio de hastes (6 e 6').
