Abstract

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM PLACA DE CONJUNTO DE CARGA DE CAMINHÕES GRANELEIROS, revela uma placa de conjunto de carga de caminhões graneleiros (1) composta por duas paredes (2) e um núcleo (3) localizado entre as paredes (2); as paredes (2) são confeccionadas em liga polimérica reforçada; o núcleo (3) é composto por poliestireno as paredes (2) são unidas e fixadas ao núcleo (3) com material adesivo; uma placa (1) é fixada a uma estrutura de suporte (4) através de, preferencialmente, parafusos convencionais; preferencialmente, a liga polimérica compreende aproximadamente 30% de seu peso em fibra de vidro, sendo esta fibra composta por "gel-cost" e resina de vidro, onde as fibras são distribuidas polidirecionalmente; preferencialmente, o poliestireno possui uma densidade de sessenta quilos por metro cúbico.
