Que será utilizado em trincheiras sub-horizontais e em poços verticais, e que desempenhará dupla função; quais sejam, promover a captação de águas pluviais infiltradas no solo, cujo fluxo será, inicialmente, conduzido no sentido horizontal, promovendo, em seguida, sua difusão vertical ao longo do substrato do solo, para recarga do lençol freático e do aquífero local, contribuindo assim para minimização dos fluxos superficiais, tornando-se uma importante ferramenta para a prevenção de enchentes e proteção do meio ambiente, recarrregando assim as fontes de águas.
