Abstract

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM CAIXA EMPILHÁVEL E DESMONTÁVEL. Desenvolvida para otimizar a logística tanto na estocagem como na distribuição dos mais diversos tipos de produtos é constituída de uma chapa (1) com estrutura alveolar formada por duas lâminas planas e paralelas, unidas por meio de nervuras longitudinais e estruturada em corpo único, o que forma uma chapa rígida onde 70% de seu volume são formados pelo ar. A caixa é formada por uma única chapa (1) retangular dotada de cortes (2), vincos (3) e alças (4). Para gerar resistência e tornar a caixa empilhável e desmontável serão fixados, nas bordas superiores, canaletas de ligamento (12), que tem forma de "U" e sistemas de articulação (13).
