DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM MECANISMO DE ABERTURAIFECHAMENTO DE TAMPA DE UTENSÍLIO DO TIPO CESTO DE LIXO USADO NO PISO DE COZINHAS E OU BANHEIROS. Representado por uma solução evolutiva que agrega valor ao cesto de lixo (A) pois introduz um aperfeiçoamento no mecanismo de abertura/fechamento da tampa (1), o qual é traduzido pela introdução de uma alça amortecedora (6) na parte inferior do pedal integrado (3b) que compõe a saia deslizante (3) acoplada ao cesto (2), onde esta alça amortecedora (6) atua de forma a provocar um deslocamento ascendente (Fr2) da saia deslizante (3) com conseqúente deslocamento ascendente (Fr3) do mecanismo de ligação saia &tampa (4) e fechamento da tampa (1).
