Trata-se o presente modelo de utilidade de dispositivo cujo conceito operativo, ao invés da ativação dada pelo usuário, pressupõe a desativação a partir ou da ignição, no caso de motocicletas e similares, ou do acesso, no caso dos automóveis, seja por destravamento, seja pelo arrombamento das portas, bagageiros ou outros.
