Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PLÁSTICO PARA PROMOÇÃO DE ESTONAGEM EM PROCESSOS DE LAVAÇÃO TEXTIL INDUSTRIAL. Constitui-se de um dispositivo confeccionado em material plástico rígido que tem por objetivo a substituição das usuais pedras de argila expandida nos processos de lavagem industrial têxtil do tipo stone-wash. Este dispositivo plástico é formado pelo encaixe mecânico de duas outras unidades de superfícies externas simétncas. Toda a superfície externa do dispositivo apresenta elevações formadas por ranhuras ao longo de toda a extensão, o que favorece o efeito de remoção de corante da superfície do tecido.
