"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA DE GARRAFA PLÁSTICA PARA LÍQUIDOS EM GERAL". Trata - se de modelo desconhecido no estado da técnica e sua novidade essencial é a aplicação na parte interior e fundo da tampa maior, de um dispositivo em forma de garra, fundido na própria tampa, que absorve a tampa menor convencional das garrafas de água em plástico. E com isto, formando um conjunto novo e original. De igual modo a tampa assim constituída forma um copo que tem as mais variadas utilidades práticas para tomar e conduzir água ou líquidos em geral.
