Compósito plástico/papel e seu processo de fabricação Refere-se a presente patente a um compósito de plástico com papel, que é composto basicamente de uma folha de papel que recebe um tratamento com uma solução de poliestireno (PS) e acetato de etilo, podendo ser qualquer outro tipo de plástico e qualquer outro tipo de solvente polar ou apoiar. O poliestireno dissolvido em acetato de etilo é impregnado entre as fibras da folha de papel que, após secagem mecânica ou natural, forma um finíssimo filme impermeável, que proporciona maior resistência mecânica e dureza ao papel.
