Compreendido por um corpo principal único formado por uma chapa metálica de formato predominantemente losangular, cujas duas arestas incorporam uma dobra formando um vão acondicionador que permite o encaixe de outra telha, constituindo uma cobertura, sendo que uma das arestas estende-se além da dobra, porém na mesma largura dessa, formando um suporte de fixação dotado de furo.
