Compreendida de um corpo (1) de formato tronco-cônico, provido de saliências (2) circundantes ao longo do corpo (1) que garantem a não aderência com o receptáculo de apoio dos equipamentos de análises clínicas e/ou de pesquisas, e de pequenas perfurações (3) que permitem a passagem do líquido e retém a passagem de partículas sólidas, sendo seu topo provido de uma borda (4) circundante composta de duas abas (5) que facilitam a colocação e retirada do elemento filtrante no receptáculo de apoio dos equipamentos.
