A presente Patente de Modelo de Utilidade diz respeito a Disposição Técnica Introduzida em Tampa Para Cesto de Lixo, (1), formada por ser constituída por parte frontal móvel (2), parte fixa (3) posterior, calota (4) ou botoeira, trava de apoio (5) e mola de torção (6), caracterizada porque ao aplicar uma força (7) na região da calota (4) ou botoeira, uma leve deformação ocorre no corpo frontal móvel (2) liberando-o da ação da trava de apoio (5) e acionando de forma imediata a mola de torção (6), esta fixada no eixo (8) de rotação, resultando na abertura automática da parte móvel (2) e frontal da Tampa (1) mediante movimento de rotação.
