A presente patente visa proteger um equipamento para a retirada do presunto ou apresuntado da forma utilizada para formar os mesmos, tendo dessa maneira uma aplicação voltada para frigoríficos e afins, inovando e mecanizando o método tradicional para a execução do mesmo serviço, construída a partir de uma bancada principal (01) que sustenta todo o conjunto, esta bancada possui um trilho central (02) com dimensões ajustáveis que encaixa a forma, neste trilho (02) ocorre a passagem da forma que contém o presunto onde ocorre a desformação da mesma.
