Especialmente de um kit (K) que aplica-se às embaladoras (1) com câmaras (2) de vácuo do tipo de tampa (3) de abertura basculante, de modo a torná-las providas de um sistema em que pistões (4) ligados à placas (5) de apoio atuam pressionando diretamente a face superior da peça de queijo, ou produto a ser embalado reduzindo a área exposta ao vácuo tornando-a menos suscetível à rachaduras e possibilitando a embalagem de produtos onde a redução de volume é fundamental no transporte, podendo ser aplicado em embaladoras (1) em uso ou originais de fábrica.
