"DISPOSITIVO DE RESPIRO PARA LATAS DE REFRIGERANTES, CERVEJAS E SIMILARES". Refere-se o presente objeto a um inédito dispositivo de respiro para latas de refrigerantes, cervejas, sucos, águas e similares, através da abertura de um furo latitudinal, de formato oval, circular ou outro qualquer, diametralmente oposto à abertura convencional das latas envazadas, provido de um abridor dos lacres, de formato convencional, dotado de saliências protuberantes, sem linha de corte, permitindo a abertura dos lacres, girando-se o abridor em 180 , para pressionar o lacre principal e em seguida o lacre adicional.
