Constituída por uma lâmina plástica (1), recortada conforme ilustra a figura 1, apresentando bordas de encaixe flexíveis (2), acrescida da bolsa plástica (3), fixada em sua borda inferior por meio de solda plástica, permitindo a inserção ou remoção de divisórias de um caderno sem a necessidade de desmontar a espiral do mesmo, bem como o acondicionamento prático e seguro de documentos anexos por meio das bolsas plásticas (3).
