Refere-se o presente objeto a um inédito alicate para fixar grampos em vergalhão de construção civil, provido de garras, separadas por uma mola central de pressão, com um anel tencionador da mola, permitindo que o grampo possa ser fixado ao vergalhão, prendendo um ao outro de forma rápida, com eficiência e baixo custo.
