Compreendido por um quadro (1) com formato igual ao da base do cofre (7) ou caixa eletrônico (7), sendo dito quadro provido em seus vértices ou também em suas laterais, de furos (2) dispostos entre vinte e cinqüenta graus em relação ao solo (3), para inserção de pelo menos quatro barras (4) de fixação, que após a inserção no solo (3), são alavancadas (5) e soldadas (6) ao quadro (1).
