"CAPA PARA GARRAFAS E LATAS DE BEBIDAS ALCOÓLICAS E REFRIGERANTES EM GERAL". Compreendendo um retângulo (1) de papel ou outro material adequado, com dimensões para ser aplicado às garrafas e latas continentes de bebidas em geral, aproveitando toda a parte cilíndrica das mesmas, e tendo uma aba (2) gomada ou não, para fechamento da capa, podendo a mesma ser colada com fita adesiva ou material que proporcione aderência entre as partes, e permitindo que o usuário beba a bebida gelada, ao mesmo tempo em que a garrafa ou lata que utiliza faça propaganda da bebida em consumo ou divulgue marcas, produtos e serviços impressos na capa.
