Compreendendo tubo recheado de concreto (fig. 1) fixado em telas metálicas (fig. 2), sendo praticamente impossível o corte com ferramentas manuais da primeira tela (fig. 3), e de uma ultraresistente segunda tela. Mesmo cortando-se as telas, ainda restarão os postes de concreto impossíveis de serem cortados mesmo com maçarico.
