Composto por páginas (P) confeccionadas ao formato de placas ou almofadas (1) em tecido (2) ou equivalente, preferencialmente estofado com camada (3) de material macio, do tipo fios e fibras sintéticas, devidamente costuradas com acabamento periférico (4) e também costuradas entre si (5) de maneira a compor a lombada (6) do livro; ditas placas (1) servem de suporte para impressão de imagens (7) e textos (8) que podem ser pré-impressos ou podem ser conformados a partir de aplicações de figuras em tecido papel ou outro material adequado (9) através de costura, velcro ou outro meio (10).
