Trata-se de um dispositivo (1), de pequena espessura, de modo a ser aplicado entre o vaso sanitário (10) e o assento sanitário (11), internamente oco, com uma abertura (6) voltada para o interior do vaso (11) e um bocal (8). O bocal (8) é conectado a um sistema de exaustão, sendo os gases malcheirosos existentes dentro do vaso (10) capitados através da abertura (6).
