Com especial uso em pizzas, composto por um disco de corte sustentado por uma lâmina delgada, torcida na extremidade supedânea do disco, contendo uma dobra na outra extremidade fazendo um cabo, e contendo uma grande curvatura superior que cobre parte do disco de corte e serve como apoio para manter o cortador adequadamente disposto sobre a mesa.
