Dito rotor (1) possui uma base discal (6) constituída de pelo menos dois rasgos alongados (7), sendo que, posteriormente aos rasgos (7) tem-se uma sensível inclinação positiva (8), na qual são fixadas as facas planas (9) através de meios de fixação (10).
