O dispositivo objeto desta Patente não é senão um extrator (6) de ação giratória que arranca o lacre (3) da superfície (7) da lata ou embalagem onde se acha instalado. A extração do lacre (3) é feita de modo que não haja contato entre este e o conteúdo da embalagem (1), e pode ser parcial, para o acesso de um simples canudinho, ou total, para o derramamento do conteúdo.
