Compreendendo um conjunto de tracionamento duplo (10) definido por um par de longarinas (3) acionadas por pedais (1, 2) atuantes junto ao eixo manivela traseiro (5) do carrinho e um conjunto de direcionamento (20) definido por uma estrutura pantográfica (21, 22, 23, 24) montada na região de eixo dianteiro do carrinho, dita estrutura pantográfica (21, 22, 23, 24) comandada e movimentada do um eixo de direção (25) acoplado à estrutura pantográfica e mancalizado à carcaça do carrinho, onde seu extremo superior livre (25b) recebe um volante de manobra.
