Portátil com os pés desmontáveis, obtendo-se um maior aproveitamento do calor gerado pela queima do carvão, evitando incidência direta sobre a carne, depositada em dois compartimentos internos (1a) e (1b) formados na estrutura, pelo alojamento de uma caixa (12) central receptora de carvão, dita estrutura recebendo ainda, duas tampas (9) superiores fixadas por dobradiças (11) e que, quando articuladas para dentro, atuam como abafadores, fechando a parte superior, e abertas, atuando como bandejas para manuseio da carne.
