O presente modelo de utilidade conjuga as funções em suas reivindicações como transporte de crianças equipando ao rodado de elementos que não deslocam-se em caso de perigo, ficando ancorados aos sistema. O dito quadro em sua reivindicação 1, tem dispositivo de ancoramento em seu cano horizontal superior (6) para o guidão (1), cano de reforço (5) para o selim (2) e os suportes dos pés (3). Em sua reivindicação 2 modificou-se o cano horizontal superior (6) em sua depressão instalou-se: Opção 1: cadeirinha protegida (7) com o selim (1) e suportes para os pés (3) e opção 2: equipado com poltrona de segurança integral (8) com cinto de segurança e parabrisas inastilhável (10).
