Patente de Modelo de Utilidade para um bloco que é compreendido por ser maciço, alongado horizontalmente, cuja composição de sua massa é cimento, cal, flocos de copolímero de etileno-acetato de vinila (E.V.A), podendo ou não conter raspa de borracha, apresentando forma retangular, alongado horizontalmente (1), com encaixe fêmea na extremidade anterior (2) e encaixe macho na extremidade posterior (3), encaixe macho na face superior (4) e encaixe fêmea na face inferior (5). O referido bloco com tais características de construção pode ser obtido em tamanhos diversos para atender as diferentes necessidades de acabamentos das paredes edificadas com este tipo de material.
