Do tipo utilizadas como recipientes para bebidas gaseificadas tais como refrigerantes, cervejas, ou ainda chás, sucos, entre outras qualidades, segundo o qual dito protetor (1) é particularmente, confeccionado em plástico termoformável, transparente ou colorido, compreendendo uma lamina plástica (2) que adota o formato da porção superior de uma lata descartável (3), conformando uma tampa com porção plana superior (4), que reveste a tampa (T) da lata e o recravamento (R) do corpo (C) com a tampa e uma porção lateral (5) que reveste a parte superior do corpo da lata.
