Integrado pelos elementos descritos, e caracterizado pelo fato do sistema com exatidão de mandrilar furo com regulagem radial macro no pré-setting com divisão do dial (6) de 0,05 mm por traço acoplado do sistema de regulagem radial mícron com divisão do dial (17) de 0,0005 mm por traço, ou seja, 0,001 mm no diâmetro e pelo fato de diferencial movimento de rotação e translação do parafuso bi-fuso (22) 0,02 mm em 360 ser igual 0,0005 multiplicado por quarenta divisões geradas pelas peças dial de arraste (17), parafuso bi-fuso com rasgo (22) mancal (23) e o mancal flange (25) nos módulos segundo e terceiro.
