Particularmente uma estrutura que se fixa à frente de um veículo coletivo tipo ônibus e junto ao pára-choque, sendo articulada por intermédio de um sistema de bisagra com travamento em posições determinadas, tendo esse transportador, dois ou mais berços onde se pode alinhar bicicletas, mantendo-as presas à estrutura por meio de fixadores articulados e telescópicos, de modo a propiciar um espaço ideal para o seu transporte.
