As furações laterais 4 possibilitam a passagem da fita de aço inox ou abraçadeira do tipo Hellermann 3 para a fixação no poste, pode-se também utilizar as furações das extremidades 6 caso a superfície a ser instalada seja de madeira ou ferro/aço, utilizando-se para isso pregos, parafusos ou rebites.
