Constituído de corpo principal (1) com um manete (2), composto por um conjunto de cabos (2a, 2a'), sendo o segundo manete (2a') fixo e o primeiro (2a), móvel e articulado, possuindo uma chapa (2b), que ao ser pressionada, encaixa nos entalhes do eixo (2e) e o empurra para frente, contra a força de uma mola (2c), sendo o eixo (2e) dotado de placa de travamento (2d) na parte superior e de chapa delimitadora (4) na sua extremidade inferior, dito dispositivo provido, ainda, de um compartimento (3), cilíndrico e com uma abertura superior para encaixe da embalagem a ser comprimida.
