"DISPOSIÇÃO INTRODUZIDA EM SISTEMA DE ARTICULAÇÃO DE TAMPA APLICADO EM CESTOS DE LIXO OU SIMILAR". Idealizada por um dispositivo que comporta vários elementos, como a forma cilíndrica (7) acoplada ao canal (11) e os respectivos alojamentos (10) e (12), que combinados proporcionam ao usuário a possibilidade de acionar o pedal (5) em um primeiro estágio, que manterá a tampa (8) totalmente aberta, sem que o pé do usuário tenha que permanecer nele; da mesma forma, ao final da tarefa, o usuário aciona novamente o pedal (5) e um segundo estágio ou função do dispositivo, promove o fechando a tampa (8) por completo.
