Abstract

"DISPOSIÇÃO EM TANQUE DE LAVAGEM DE ALIMENTOS". Consiste em descarregar os alimentos dentro de um tanque(14) cheio d'água em temperatura ambiente e lavá-los por meio de borbulhamento feito por sopro de ar vindo de baixo(26)(25), fazendo com que se enxágüem e eliminem os excessos de sal, óleo ou qualquer outra matéria indesejável que estiver impregnada no alimento. Na seqüência, uma bomba(22)(32) inocula água dentro do tanque em alta velocidade empurrando os alimentos em direção a uma esteira elevadora, liberando espaço para adição de novos alimentos a serem lavados.
