"FACA ANATÔMICA DE CORTE DE CARNE". Trata-se a presente patente de modelo de utilidade a uma nova forma em faca anatômica de corte de carne, especialmente utilizada em açougues, matadouros, lares e lugares onde se abatem reses para consumo humano. Sendo compreendida por um instrumento cortante de uso manual, caracterizada por uma lâmina (1) e cabos de pega (2) e na sua parte inferior (8) no lado direito da lâmina (1) possui um desgaste (3) longitudinal e homogêneo (figuras 1 e 5) formando o gume da lâmina (1).
