O presente Modelo de Utilidade, formado por um só conjunto, reúne duas funções: 1N ) a de interpretar a senha correta do gerente master para então informar à memória do dispositivo, aqui mencionado, a quantidade de minutos ou pulsos que aquela senha permitirá fazer e 2N ) o usuário comum só poderá efetuar ou continuar uma ligação, através do equipamento transmissor/receptor, no tempo permitido pelo gerente master. Esta programação será mantida até nova ação de alteração por parte do gerente master.
