Trazendo grande praticidade na feitura de churrascos, assados, alimentos a serem cozidos, fritos e etc., através da introdução de uma pedra (1) de granito, a qual assenta-se à grelha (G) da resistência elétrica (R) da churrasqueira (C) convencional, sendo que o contato entre ambos, resistência (R) e pedra (1), transfere à superfície (1a) desta, aquecimento uniforme; dita pedra (1) conservando o calor, mesmo depois de deligada a churrasqueira (C), por aproximadamente 20 minutos.
