Compreendido por um componente externo fixo (1) e um componente interno móvel (2) que funciona no interior do primeiro, sujeitado à ação de uma mola interna (3) e travado por sistema de travamento inviolável, o componente externo (1) sendo em forma da caixa, aberta em cima (4) e sobreposta à uma base (5) junto à qual tem uma abertura (6) para limpeza e higienização do utensílio, tendo na sua mediana uma abertura frontal (7) para inserção do sachê a ser aberto/recortado e ao nível dessa abertura (7) tendo uma lâmina interna de corte (8), e o componente interno sendo em forma de caixa, aberta em baixo e fechada superficialmente (9), dotada com recorte em forma de arco angular (10) onde tem disposta uma lâmina de corte em forma de guilhotina (11) alinhada com a lâmina de corte. (8) do dito componente externo.
