Refere-se a presente patente de modelo de utilidade a uma disposição construtiva introduzida em janela basculante, compreendendo o fato da alavanca de comando (1) ter o seu manípulo de acionamento (2) rebatido, o qual aciona todo o conjunto de articulação para fechamento e/ou abertura da janela basculante, a qual ainda, tem a sua folha inferior fixa (5) montada somente por encaixe dos elementos dos perfis em "U" (9) e (13). A presente disposição construtiva introduzida em janela basculante, pertence ao setor técnico de edificação e construção em geral.
