Trata-se de um dispositivo auxiliar a ser utilizado em gavetas de alta voltagem com a finalidade de permitir a fixação com segurança dos cartões de impedimento sempre que estas gavetas estiverem em manutenção, sendo composto de gancho ou grampo suporte (1) onde será pendurada a etiqueta; plaqueta de identificação do suporte e ou TAG (2) onde serão inseridas as informações sobre aquela gaveta em manutenção; e fita dupla face alto adesivo para fixação (3).
