''DISPOSITIVO DE INDICAÇÃO DE VIA PREFERENCIAL'' Refere-se o presente objeto a um inédito e funcional dispositivo de indicação de passagem preferencial de veículos em ruas, avenidas e outros locais, através de base retangular inclinada, fixa ao nível do chão, provida de uma placa reflexiva colorida em sua face frontal, que através da luminosidade do sol ou dos faróis dos veículos, reflete a sua cor, convencionada para indicar a preferencialidade da passagem dos veículos naquela via.
