"APERFEIÇOAMENTO EM SISTEMA DE ACIONAMENTO DE DESCARGA, APLICADO EM CAIXAS DE DESCARGA" , segundo o qual a válvula de descarga (3) é constituída por assento (5) e por haste vertical (6), o primeiro (5) configurado por peça cilíndrica tubular (5a), provida de flange superior externo (5b) que posiciona uma sede de vedação (5c), e a segunda (6) superiormente provida de olhal (6a), e inferiormente, de dois flanges externos (6c) e (6d), entre os quais se aloja guarnição de vedação (7); dita haste (6) é provida de braços laterais horizontais (6e), que se interligam a peça (6f) em forma de copo cilíndrico; interligando a haste vertical (6) e o assento (5), é prevista peça em "L" (8), em cuja parte superior é convenientemente articulada a peça em forma de copo cilíndrico (6f) da referida haste (6).
