Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO MANUAL PARA USINAGEM DE CHANFROS, RAIOS OU REBARBAS" O presente relatório descritivo da patente de Modelo Industrial, refere-se à um dispositivo manual para a usinagem de chanfros, raios ou rebarbas metálicas, não metálicas ou plásticas de diferentes dimensões, mediante o ajuste do parafuso de regulagem e/ou a troca das pastilhas do cabeçote de usinagem, sistema adaptado a uma motriz angular elétrica ou mecânica de alta rotação, para uso industrial, sendo de tamanho e peso reduzidos e de fácil manuseio e regulagem. O sistema, possui também réguas de encosto, que servem como guias para a usinagem permitindo variações no dimensional da usinagem através de uma peça intermediária denominada excêntrico e de perfis através da troca das pastilhas do cabeçote.
