Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA FIXAÇÃO DE PLACAS DE VEÍCULOS E MOTOS EM GERAL", que consiste essencialmente de um parafuso (1), em cuja extremidade não penetrante está incorporada uma cabeça central (2) em metal ou similar, de diâmetro substancialmente maior que o referido parafuso (1); a cabeça (2) é provida de uma borda contornante (3), que pode ser circular, elíptica ou em outras formas, e um núcleo (4), por exemplo, revestido por um material plástico, no qual está inserida a marca ou logotipo (5) da preferência do usuário; uma vez aplicado o parafuso (1) à chapa (C), a cabeça (2) deixará à mostra a marca ou logotipo a ser difundido; a distribuição poderá ser na forma de brindes ou através do livre comércio.
